John Paul Krueger
Founding Partner & CEO
John Paul (JP) is the Founder and CEO of Five Stone Tax Advisers and its related entities. JP graduated from the University of Idaho with bachelor's degrees in Finance, Operations Management and Information Technology. JP is married to our other founding partner, Kellyn, and is blessed with two sons. JP's passions include his faith in Jesus Christ, family, and making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Kellyn Krueger
Founding Partner & Financial Controller
Kellyn is a third generation Certified Public Accountant and Founding Partner of Five Stone. Kellyn earned her Master of Accountancy degree and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Idaho. After working at Deloitte, Kellyn helped start Five Stone. Kellyn enjoys spending time with her husband John Paul and their two children, reading, kickboxing, and spending time outdoors. Her passions include faith, family and spending time at Lake Pend Oreille.

Mary Bain St. Clair
Partner – Chief of Staff
In her role as the Chief of Staff, Mary serves as a confidant and adviser to the CEO, leads HR, and manages the office. Mary's a graduate of St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas. She's married to Mitch and has one dog, Mugsy. Mary enjoys hiking, tennis, and wake surfing and is passionate about both her faith and family.

Partner – Property Tax
John leads the property tax team at Five Stone. He graduated from Baylor University and The University of Nebraska for graduate school. Besides spreadsheets and being organized, John is passionate about being a positive influence and has served thirteen seasons as the color analyst for the Westlake High School football radio and TV broadcasts. Go Chaps! John's married and has three lovely children.

Brennan Stewart
Partner – Finance & Accounting
Brennan serves as the Director of Finance and Accounting at Five Stone. He is a licensed CPA and has been in the industry for over eleven years. He graduated from Texas Tech University and is married with two daughters. In his free time, Brennan enjoys cooking, running, and playing golf, and he is passionate about his faith, family, and local church.

Brian Wood
Partner – Enterprise Growth & Technology
Brian is the Partner leading Enterprise Growth and Technology, bringing more than twenty years of experience in driving growth and technology initiatives across a variety of industries. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and later earned his graduate degree from the Medical College of Virginia. Outside the office, Brian enjoys Bible study, prison ministry, and playing pickleball. He and his wife have two incredible children, and together their family leads a teen ministry focused on teaching students the joy found in serving others.

Brandi is Five Stone's Client Services Manager. She has over twenty-four years of experience in client services, twelve of which have been serving Five Stone clients. Brandi graduated from Virginia College and is married with three children. She's passionate about her family and, in her free time, she enjoys crafting, hiking, and swimming.

Lloyd Griffin
Partner – IRS Resolution
Lloyd serves as the leader of the IRS Resolution legal team. He holds a law degree from the Appalachian School of Law. Lloyd has practiced law since 2003 with a focus in Tax Problem Solving and has admittance to the United States Tax Court. Lloyd is married with three children and is passionate about serving and loving all people. In his free time, Lloyd likes running, fishing, or anything outdoors.

With over a decade of experience, Jorge provides world-class audit defense support and manages complex IRS negotiations for our clients. With nearly thirteen years of service, Christine is one of Five Stone's longest-tenured associates. In her role of Case Manager, she manages complex legal cases and serves as the primary point of contact for many IRS Resolution clients. As a mom of three, Christine is passionate about her children, her family, and serving her community and enjoys working out and being outdoors in her free time.

Adam French is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Enrolled Agent (EA) with over fifteen years of tax experience. Adam holds an MBA with emphasis in accounting from Texas A&M Commerce, as well as a BBA with majors in accounting and management from Texas State University. Outside of his day job, you will find Adam rooting on the Texas State Bobcats, traveling the world, and relaxing with his family.

In her role as Tax Manager, she is passionate about financial freedom and helping her clients pay less tax. Crystal has three children and enjoys outdoor activities and living a healthy lifestyle.

Partner – Tax Planning
Kate is a licensed attorney and Partner in Strategic Tax Planning at Five Stone with fifteen years of experience. She earned her degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, focusing on proactive tax strategies that support long term wealth preservation.
She is passionate about translating complex tax and legal concepts into actionable advice and lives in Austin with her husband, five children, and two dogs, enjoying distance running and Pilates with her family.
